Just an additional note - CPU-Z tells me the manufacturer is Micron Technology and it was manufactured in the 51st week of 2015.
How long have you been running your NUC?
I use Crucial 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2133 MT/s CT2K4G4SFS8213
And Crucial M2 MX200 SSD
I have a NUC6I3SYK and he work fine from 5 weeks on Windows 10 X64.
The first one dies after 5 days in ready mode probably due to over temperature (in this time the fan stop in ready mode (not now in bios 0039))
so on the second one I didn't enable the ready mode.
And he works very nicely.
It's been a month now i've been using it.
Thanks. I ordered and have been using that same Crucial RAM kit with no problems so far in my third replacement NUC for 2 weeks.
First one died of WHEA after running for 2 weeks, the second one had the fan stop and died only 4 days after I received it.
I had Kingston KVR modules in the 1st and 2nd NUC, but still I am certain my WHEA issues had nothing to do with RAM, neither did the fan stop because of RAM.
To early to jump to conclusion, it's a lottery whether one gets the WHEA or not; certain is that once it's there, it won't go away.
For my case the WHEA was a Hardware pb.
I was unable to launch Windows or memtest, or stay in bios for 5 minutes.
