Please try first installing the drivers that Acer® provide to you, check the following link, download and install the VGA Driver 220.127.116.112 version:
If it does not work, try uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and installing them again.
If the issue remains, attach to the comment the “dxdiag” report
- Windows key + "R"
- Type dxdiag
- Hit save all information button
- Attach the .txt file to your answer
