    problem uninstalling Intel network connections

      system: Dell vostro 200

os windows 7 Ultimate upgraded from Vista

My problem: In error, I upgraded drivers for the onboard network (82562V-2 10/100 )from the Intel site rather from the Dell (oem) site.  Now I have problems connecting to my network although I can access internet fine.

I want to now uninstall Intel network connections, and try again with drivers from Dell.

When I try to uninstall using Control Panel, it says uninstall Intel (R) PROset for Windows Device Manager (with check box for drivers and PROset), , the process gets mostly through , but provides an error message:

Intel Network Connections Installer Information  error1713 Network Connections cannot install one of its required products. Contact your technical support group. No changes are made.

So does anyone have any ideas on how to delete this?

I also tried installing the driver set from Dell, but it gives the message "a newer version of Intel PROset for windows device manager is installed on this computer.  ...you must remove the current version of PROset first."
