I just installed Appup on my Lenovo S10 running Windows XP Home Edition V2002 SP3 and IE8. When I try to access the AppUp, I get the following error: "Oops! this feature requires you to be online. Please check your internet connectivity and try again. I've tried both Wi-Fi and hard wired internet connections. I can surf the web just fine through the browser. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
I will need a little more info in order to help you with this issue.
What version of Windows are you running?
What exact error are you seeing and when?
Are you behind a corporate firewall or on a home network?
What anti virus or firewall software are you running?
In some cases the antivirus software can cause this issue so please temporarily disable your antivirus and or firewall software and see if that helps resolve this issue.

My problems with AppUp are the same as some others. I cannot use it. The button to register does not respond and crashed the App. So I registered on the webpage, but when I enter my details in the App, the login button does not respond. It is EXACTLY the same onboth my W7 Home Premium machine, AND the W7 Ultimate PC. Switching firewalls off does not help. Typical of Windows machines.
I have also tried to register. The register button returns:
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Database 'AGR' cannot be opened. It is in the middle of a restore.

I guess Intel is not really in the app store business. Why don't you ask Apple to assist with the design and build?
Angry birds for PC will have to wait. I wonder how the company that contacted with Intel feels about that.
I am also having this same problem. Apps Program will not recognize the store and crashes when you try to register. I have updated all my softwares as of this AM, and also reinstalled the Apps software. I am running Windows 7 Home Edition and Kaspersky Anti Virus. Any suggestions?
We are still in the process of troubleshooting this ADP error.
It would be very helpful if you could provide us with some additional information
If you have not already done so can you please close down the Intel AppUp(TM) client and then reboot your PC.
Once the system comes back up please open the Intel AppUp(TM) client and try and launch Angry Birds again.
Thanks for your help in troubleshooting this issue.
