I have gone in and see you as a registered member. I reset your password, so you should see an email with instructions of how to set it up to one that you choose. Let me know if that does not work.
One thing to consider is that your billing information must be valid to download free and paid apps. I show your address as not a valid US address.

Intel App is being promoted through pcworld.co.uk a uk site & store with a free Angry Birds download. This is really poor show for Intel & Microsoft. I am really hungry for an Apple right now. Lets just drop the birds and focus on angry.
If you are still running the AppUp Center Beta as indicated in the title of this post, please upgrade your Intel AppUp software by going to www.appup.comand clicking on the DOWNLOAD link to get the current version of the Intel AppUp software.
Also, I did reset you account just in case you did not have the beta version of Intel AppUp but are just having account issues.
If you find if you still have an issue please send us an email so we can gather more details on the issue you are having. To send us an email from Intel AppUp, you can select the Help menu and then select Contact Support. From the AppUp community you can select "Send An Email" from the Actions menu in the upper left.
