By searching through the community, I found this thread where the issue you are facing is described: https://communities.intel.com/thread/24205. According to that thread, this issue may be fixed by updating the firmware to the latest version available, however that can only be done before getting the issue.
Once the issue happens, there is no way to update the firmware or recover the drive. Following the information in the thread, you have 2 options: you can submit a ticket in order to start a warranty process, or you can secure erase your drive and then try to apply the firmware update. The secure erase process should recover your drive but it will erase all data in it. Once the SSD has been recovered, you can apply the firmware update to prevent this issue from happening again. This can be perform using the Intel® SSD Toolbox.
