I have forcedly installed the drivers (They are not NUC officers yet):
And HDR found now. The HDMI cable that it had did not work (flicker screen). I put the cable of the Xbox One S and everything worked fine 4K@60Hz HDR.
So I have now dared to unplug my nvidia card from my system and hooked up the hdmi to the motherboard with the intel gfx.
My motherboard is a Asrock Fatal1ty z270 gaming-itx/ac with a native hdmi 2.0 port and cpu is the same as in the nuc i used before (i5). I am using the latest intel drivers and also latest version of windows 10 x64.
Hdr mode button is present in windows settings and even if Hdr at this time is a bit buggy I have seen no flickering at all for the past week
Powerdvd 17 plays uhd hdr content great (some files I have noticed sound issues) in Kodi 17.5 hdr doesnt work.
This is a fix that made the sound comeback in powerdvd for me. I dont know what happened but my thread got posted on the wrong page. Here is the link to my post:
Hope this make it work for the rest of the poeple that dont have an\y sound.
