I recommend doing the following:
1. Download the driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26347/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-
2. Open this guide: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html
3. Completely disconnect the device from the Internet connection
4. Follow the steps noted in the guide you opened before

I was checking your system report and found something odd, multiple iGPUs are present there (Intel HD Graphics adapters) which cannot be done since you only have one processor which has Intel HD Graphics in it (never happened or saw this before).
My recommendations would be the following:
1. Remove the NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 from the system, just as a troubleshooting step
2. Remove all drivers from Intel HD Graphics from the device manager, check instructions below
3. Install the latest Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers: http://intel.ly/1OOF4Dl
4. Install your external graphics card again
5. Install its drivers: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/113442
6. Provide me with a screenshot of the display adapters under the device manager after following steps above
7. Check the performance of the system
How to uninstall the graphics drivers:
-Access the device manager (you can use windows start "search" to find it).
-Look for Display adapters double click on it.
-Right click on your Intel® HD Graphics (each of them) and hit properties.
-Go to driver tab and hit uninstall.
-Select "Delete the driver software for this device"

This is anormal behavior with geeneric drivers (the ones provided), but I am postive you will be able to get them installed with the steps above.
