As we investigated on the Intel Server Board S2600GZ/GL technical product specification, we found no option to fully reset the BMC settings. What we recommend in these cases is to override the old users and IP settings to recover the web access.
However, we would like to go the extra mile with this request and further investigate the BMC options for you. We will keep you posted on the investigation's outcome.
