The Copy-Once flag is implemented in the stream itself, and as long as it is decoded with MPEG-4 Part 10, then it should work.
Hellen, I'm not sure I understand the extra information you provided as I am not sure it is an amswer to my question. You seem to be saying that Copy-Once MPEG-4 Part 10 should work with this processor, so I should not have a problem. However, your answer seems to be general to the processor's paper capabilities, and not specific to versions of Windows and drivers. Since it is well documented on forums such as The Green Button that there are problems for HD4600 graphics processors like mine displaying copy-once MPEG-4 in Windows Media Center from cable TV providers such as Cox Communications under Windows 7 I don't think that helps me much. Could you please research the specific issue of HD4600 graphics and copy-once MPEG-4 from Cox Communications under WMC And Windows 7 and see if you can turn up anything more specific in terms of Intel's status. I can confirm you that playback of h.264 protected video content is supported by Sandy Bridge (2nd gen Core) processors and newer. They are HDCP 1.4 compliant.
I have reviewed customer posts at http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9635 and most users have a configuration that uses HDMI Extenders. If these devices are not HDCP 1.4 complaint then it would be expected for the video stream to fail.
If this is not your case, please fill out our sticky note, include type and brand name of video cable and adapters.
Default level information for reporting Graphics issues
I can confirm this issue does indeed exist. Issue is with Intel's decoding of Copy One (0x02) MPEG4 Encoded streams provided over Cable Card tuners. I have a Intel NUC NUC6i55SYH running Iris 540 graphics and driver version 18.104.22.16801 on Windows 7 SP1 64Bit, and get the video error consistently on protected Live TV streams. Using a much older NV graphics Card. Error is "Display driver error" and then "The video playback device does not support playback of protected content."

I would suggest you to make sure you have the Digital Cable Advisor installed and run it to make sure the current setup passes all the tests. More details here:
We can look at this and replicate the issue in our lab, but we also need the dxdiag, also we need more details on the streaming setup you currently have (listing all the components involved, from the Cable Card Tuner model, coaxial splitters or Tuning Adapter).
As you said above.
- Click on the “Start Menu” -> Type “DxDiag” -> Press “Enter” -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading
- In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click “Save All Information” -> Save the file DxDiag.txt
- Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum
