We are sorry to know about this situation and would like to let you know that there are several reasons why your laptop does not recognize new hardware properly when you install an Intel® Wireless Adapter. Installing or upgrading the various Intel® Wireless Adapters by end users is not supported by Intel. They can only be installed by the manufacturer or its authorized representative.
Before installing this device into a system, you must contact the manufacturer of the system, and determine if the product is approved for use in a specific system in a specific country. Please review the following documents for details:
In our best effort, we would advise you to try a manual installation of the generic driver version 17.1.1532.1814 from Intel Download Center: Download Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® Technology for Windows® 10 64-bit
If the issue persists after this and the Bluetooth component cannot be switch off with the PC switch, or using Windows options, you might need to look for a way to disable it in Device Manager, then contact the Computer Manufacturer Support for assistance, and to determine which Wireless adapters are approved for use in your system.
