You may try installing the Intel generic driver with the “Have Disk” installation method.
It is possible that you will lose options and customizations from the system manufacturer’s driver by installing the Intel generic driver. You may also update any third party graphics driver (Nvidia*) after updating Intel graphics, if your system has switchable graphics.
Hmm. I don't know if I do have switchable graphics. How would I go about finding that out? And for something like that I believe I might have to take it to a professional, for risk of making my computer non workable if I do it myself. It is good to know I do have the latest driver installed. Thank you.
