Display Driver for windows 8.1 has stopped responding and has recovered

When I close laptop (closing the lid doesn't send laptop to hibernate or suspend it) and open it again I see black screen in 2 seconds and  then I see the message Display Driver for windows 8.1 has stopped responding and has recovered
