The device named "Intel(R) HM76 Express Chipset LPC Controller - 1E59" is supported by the INF file named PantCore.inf, which is part of the Intel(R) Chipset Device Software.
You can download the latest version 18.104.22.1687 of this software (formerly named "Intel(R) INF Update Utility") from this page: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22586&keyword=22.214.171.1247&DownloadType=Drivers&lang=eng
Download the package named INF_allOS_126.96.36.1997_PV.exe and execute it. If the device should not been detected this way, you should unzip the EXE package with a tool like 7-Zip,
Then do a right click onto the "Unknown Device" of the Device Manager, choose the option "Update Driver Software" and navigate to the file named PantCore.inf, which you will find within the subfolder named Win7 of the folder, where you had unzipped the downloaded EXE file.
Hoping, that this will help to solve your problem
