Official 2012 Mac Mini HD 4000 Flicker Thread

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything official from Intel regarding a fix for the Mac Minis that have a flicker issue because of the HD 4000 GPU? Is a fix in the works? Will a new firmware be issued? Anything? The silence is deafening
