I checked the memory that you are using and it seems to meet all the requirements for the processor and motherboard.
Currently I recommend you to update your BIOS and test the motherboard out of the chassis. If the problem continues call your local support and request a warranty replacement.

ok updated BIOS, it allready had the current version but still no luck, and the motherboard is not in case yet i tested before i mounted it into the case. still dimm slot 3 causing b7 code and no POST. i will contact where i purchased it from and get a replacement. i cant find a number for intel anywhere on the website for australia?
