Hi. I'm experiencing random hangs and crashes since updating to the graphics driver for Windows 8 provided on your website. The product that I'm using is the 3rd generation i5 CPU. I occasionally get the error "Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and successfully recovered". This usually happens when using Metro applications in Windows 8, which are GPU-accelerated using DirectX 11.
The graphics driver we currently have for Windows 8 is a Beta version which is provided “as is”. We will provide full support for the Windows 8 drivers as soon as Microsoft releases the full version of that Operating System.
The driver you are using may still have bugs. We cannot guarantee that Beta version will work fine.
