Also, we would like to inform you that since this motherboard is not designed for WIN 7 64-bit that could be causing this issue as well:
backup and reinstall your windows...
download the win vista 64 bit programs and run them under compatibility mode..
install one by one and restart one by one..
trust me.. i use DP35DP for 9 years and its still works although my board now is R.I.P
same for Intel management Engine..
Install the chipset driver first..
then Managment engine
then audio drivers
then lan drivers
