I clicked on a link at Tiger Direct that said Angry Birds Rio was free for downloading the Tiger Direct App Store. I downloaded the store and found the Angry Birds download under My Stuff but after installing it I can't play it because it wants me to redeem the code and then it wants me to enter a key. I wasn't sent a key. Does anybody know anything about this?
I'd like to inform to you that the Angry Birds Rio* game should work normally without an “activation key or redeem code”. Please note that the redeem code is a feature to unlock secret levels.
I’d like to suggest to you to reinstall the Angry Birds Rio* application through SYX Digital Store*.
Please launch the SYX Digital Store* and sign in to your account. Then click on “My Apps” tab that is located on the left edge of the window. Now, click on “View as list” icon that is next to “Sort by: Rating” button. Select the Angry Birds Rio* application. After that, click on “Options” button that is on the right side. Select Uninstall option and confirm that you want to uninstall the application. Finally, click on “Yes” button.
After that, please reboot your computer. Then, download/install again the Angry Birds Rio* game. Click on “My Apps” tab (left edge of the window) and then click on “Angry Birds Rio*” icon to begin the installation of the game.
Looking forward to receiving your updates,

Thank you Marvin. I did get it working. I didn't realize what I was looking at when I opened the game. I had played the original Angry Birds before and it didn't look anything like Rio so I didn't realize that I was in the game. Does the Redeem Code icon mean that I didn't get the full game of Rio since I got it free.
As I mentioned before, the redeem code is a feature to unlock secret levels. The Angry Birds Rio* application promotion is the full version of the game.
I would appreciate if you direct your inquiry to Rovio*. Please note that the Angry Birds* application is not written or developed by Intel*.
