    Hello,

This error is also displayed when a new user enters their name or instead of his e-mail address for login. Once the AppUp application has been installed, the requiered username is your e-mail address. Please perform the following steps to resolve:

    1. Control-Alt-Delete

    2. Open Task Manager

    3. On Processes Tab, look for ismagent.exe

    4. Right click on ismagent.exe and select 'End Process'

    5. Re-launch AppUp and login using your email address

    Regards
