We need to know by local back are you talking about a bank in the US or in Kuwait?
We need your user name that your registered with.
We also need to know your connection type is it over a VPN or just connecting via a local ISP in Kuwait?

The same problem here.I registered and was confirmed to be getting the angry birds and it says "Angry Birds" will be in my apps section. I tried to run the app but I couldn't login. I was now able to login but the ANgry Birds app is not in the MyApps as indicated in my welcome message.
