Having an issue validating install/license file

    Hi there,


    First off, i'd like to apologize ahead of time if I am posting this in the wrong area. I am having a really difficult time trying to get my customer's issue resolved. My customer is having an issue in trying to get his copy of Intel Composer XE for Windows to activate. Through the customer portal, there is a section where the customer has to upload their install/license file to have it validated in order to successfully install the product. The issue he is having is the fact that when he uploads the file, the website just sits there and he can't seem to get it back because it makes absolutely no progress. Is there a manual way to get around this or is there a contact i can provided with so that i can get my customers software up and running for his Gov't project?


    I have contacted customer several times in trying to resolve this but I have not been able to get a reply back from them other than "we will reply within 24-48 hours" but it has been well beyond that.


    I'd appreciate any help I can get with this issue.
