BKM - step by step guide for getting Fast Call for Help (CIRA) to work end to end with LANDesk

    This guide provides a brief introduction to what CIRA is in the context of vPro, a high-level summary of the steps required to get it to work with LANDesk and finally a detailed set of 20 steps with screen shots on what exactly needs to be done to get it to work.

    These steps have been validated to work with a real world vPro customer.

    Note: CIRA is the same as fast call for help - as this is a technical guide, the term used is CIRA, as that is the underlying technology. The use case this enables is Fast Call for Help.
