    Fast Call for Help (FCH) is an Intel® Platform capability embedded into Intel ® vPro™ platforms with Intel Active Management Technology (Intel AMT) 4.0 and above.  This capability gives Information Technology (IT) support professionals the ability to remotely diagnose and repair client platforms residing outside corporate firewalls.
