I have seen several posts relating to the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 issue, but none seem to be the same as mine, only similar. The issue that I am having is that everything seems to be fine, but I am unable to see any Wireless Networks with my Wireless Card. I know that there are other networks because I can see them with my phone & other laptops. I even tried to use my phone as a Hot Spot but I still cannot see it with the Laptop. I have a Dell Inspiron 5323. I tried updating the driver, updating the Intel Pro/Set Wireless software & updating Windows. Nothing seems to work. The laptop is brand new, I have not been able to use it with Internet Wireless what so ever except for one time & that was it never again. The Internet works fine when I connect using the LAN Network card. Please if anyone can advise please do, at the moment it seems my only option is to replace the card, but I don't want to waste my money if there is a simple configuration solution. I am using Windows 8 64 bit just in case that makes a difference.
