Early in the morning on May 1, Pacific Time, we plan to upgrade the software for the Intel Support Communities. The communities will be unavailable for several hours while the upgrade takes place. When the communities come back up we will have a new look with an improved interface. We hope that you will find the new software version easier to use.

For those who are active participants, you will have additional control over communications streams that you can configure yourself. You will also have a lot more information available in the User profiles. Of course, the privacy settings will still apply to what other people can or cannot see about you. Check Privacy Settings and "What Name Do Other People See?" for more information on privacy setting

If you’re interested, you can look at the Jive 7 User Reference Guides | Jive Community for detailed information, but for the most part I don't think you will need to read the manual.

Feel free to add your comments or questions about the communities here. Along with our other active members, I'll do my best to answer any questions you have.
