Cloning a 320 ssd to a 520

I would like to clone my 320 160gb ssd to a new 520 180gb ssd. My motherboard has sata 3(dell xps 8300) and I’m currently running xp on it with the 320 ssd. Will intel’s cloning utility be able to work for this or would I have to do a fresh install on the 520? Thanks for any input.

I will soon be trying Raid 0 with 2 x25 g2’s on a Dell XPS 8000 i7860. Is there a site that has instructions for setting up raid 0 with ssd’s.
