After configuring the SW-RAID in BIOS and then with the Intel Server Config utility, VMWare still sees two physical drives (shouldn't it only see one?)
Did I miss something? Is there something else I need to enable to set up the RAID for VMWare ESXi ?
You'll need the RAID driver properly installed. Any OS will see two drives instead of just one, if the driver isn't loaded. Which driver are you loading during the VMWare install?
