Upgrade Interl Celeron M 430 to Core 2 Duo

hi, is it possible for me to upgrade from intel Celeron M 430 to Core 2 Duo if i'm using a Toshiba Laptop A100 PSAAKC-VA104CA? If so, how can i do that? and what are the possible consequences?
