Hello,
As you can see from the link below:
The CPU temperature can go up to 74.1C. So i would say that it is okay.
Have you checked the temperature in the BIOS as well? Go to Advanced >> Hardware Monitoring
There is another Intel Tools that monitors the temperature .
All the best,
Regards,
Aryan.
Yes brother i tried my best . . i chked evrything BIOS, Thermal Paste, Reassemble even i chnge my PSU also used the same CPU in Air Condition room bt Temps remains same . . .
Hello Jameel,
What is the CPU temperature in the BIOS?
If it is lower than 74.1C, it is operating within the threshold range.
All the best.
Regards,
Aryan
Hello Jameel,
According to the TPS, the MCH temperature can go up to 97c which is within the range.

Do you have the latest bios version installed?
Have you installed Intel Desktop Utilities, it is a monitoring software that can give an idea the system is operating within normal range?
I am assuming that you have a good PSU which is at least version ATX 2.2
Try these and let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Aryan.
Yup I hav latest BIOS now bt temps ar same . . =(
I tried Intel Desktop Utilities its giving me complete details abt motherboard, processer etc etc bt temp area is blank there are no details abt tempratures.
Im using Cooler Master 460W PSU . .
Hello,
Which bios version do you have?
Go into the bios >> After the 86A, what is written?
If it is not version 68, try to update it.
If it is the version 0068, then i dont have any other suggestions. Which CPU model are you using? Check if the Power Supply is version atx 2.2 at least. (you will need to check from the manufacturer website)
Good Luck,
Regards,
Aryan

Hello Jameel,
No idea.
