Just hit N and it should boot up.
Mine does this all the time when I change things on the computer - it seems to me it's a bug because it pops up when no changes to the bios have been made. I have a DZ77H-55K Intel board.

Unfortunately it does not boot, if I hit N. Same message again.
Now I have disabled the "usb legacy support". The system boots with the drive connected, but I cannot enter the BIOS anymore and cannot select the OS too start :-(
Try plugging your USB keyboard/mouse into the USB 3.0 ports and try again.
If that fails, try with a PS2 keyboard.
OK, now I was able to enable the "usb legacy support" again, but still the same problem with the connected drive 
I can start the OS with a double click in BIOS on the right boot device 
I see exact message. But my system is brand new.
It starts, then show the motherborad skull index page and then restart.
The next time it restarts it shows the unsussful POST attempts screen.
I'm newbie, so everything you talk could be useful to me.

Unfortunately no concrete hint to solve this problem.
