The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility does not actually install drivers so it should not be confused as a chipset driver. The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility only loads dll files for the operating system to properly name the hardware in the system.
In this case, you should check with your computer manufacturer to know what other drivers will be required for your system to work properly.
