Hi,
I have a black screen before the 'welcome' dekstop screen under Vista Business since a long time for now and I could isolate the driver to find the culprit which is igdkmd32.sys.
I have the latest graphic drives for an Amilo Pro 3505 from Fujitsu site:
Driver Version: 7.14.10.1114I also downloaded the latest one from your website: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=16312&ProdId=2301&lang=eng Download Center
driver version 15.8.3 (7.14.10.1504)
Both versions, I have a black screen just before the 'Welcome' dekstop screen and when closing user/admin accounts.
How can I fix this issue ?

Hi,
The black screen is happening because the driver thinks there is a hardware change on the welcome screen and changing profiles. Intel does not have plans to fix this because it is by design.
