INTEL DQ965GF MOTHERBOARD. TRIED REPLACING RAM . NOW WONT BOOT UP

Hi Im new on here, hope this question is in the correct place. I have an intel DQ965GF motherboard which was running abit slow with 4 x 512MB ram,

So i powered off the copmuter and removed 2 off the rams and replaced them with 2 x 1GB rams which I found lying about the house (PC2-5300U-555-12-22 DDR2 1GB originally bought from crucial mem part # CT12864AA567.BFG) . When I powered up the computer again it frooze on a Bios Setup <F2> . But i cannot press F2 because my keyboard is wireless and windows hasnt started yet. So I took out the 2 x 1GB ram and inserted the 2 x 512MB of ram which was previously init . But when I power it up I get the same message Bios Setup <F2> . I am running windows 7 ultimate 32bit . Can someone please help this novice ... Thanks in advance.
