Test result says that there are 3 usb devices connected to your system. Can you verify and identify them?
The error is in the Platform controller hub when retrieving the audio device. I don't know if this is one of the usb devices mentioned.

The only things connected to my computer is my mouse and keyboard, sometimes my phone is charging through it, just that time it was charging.
I also have Windows 8 release preview running, im not sure if that will make a difference but in device manager, it shows for the audio devices that i have connected:
Ati HDMI Audio
Intel Display Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio
Not sure if that will make a difference to any answers
So the 3 usb devices identified are the mouse, keyboard, and your phone. Without the phone, does the test show the same result?
Since you are using Windows 8, did you install Intel's drivers?
I have all the intel drivers installed im sure but for most there wasnt a windows 8 driver so i installed the windows 7.
Without the phone it still says it failed but here is the result:

I have Windows 8 without using any of Intel drivers and it is running smoothly.
Does your system run normally with Windows 7?
Nah i just built this computer. I just used the preview just to update to windows 8 later.
It often freezes. not when i play games but randomly when i might be on the internet or load up a program

It is possible but the probability is small compared to other causes. Since this is a new build, IMO it is better to test its operation using win7 with intel's drivers rather than with win 8. If freezing continues with Win 7 as suggested, take a closer look at the memory specs especially the timings. Of course, it could be other causes. Try following Intel's troubleshooting procedure.
For now i think ill just put up with it. When the proper Windows 8 comes out soon and all drivers should support it soon, ill see what happens after that!

I didn't install any Intel drivers either and the computers had no problems either until I had to use its USB 3.0. Do you know any other ways to get USB 3.0 working in Windows 8?

Sorry, for not responding to your query right away. I'm not monitoring any thread. Based on my situation, I have a usb 3.0 pcie card installed and it is working properly under Windows 8.
