SR2520 boot failure

Currently Being Moderated

after 3 or 4 years of work, a SR2520 SAXR server system, fail to boot with two reed led on rear !!

this error require a video reset (reference guide) .. but this sound very strange, i need to substitute the main board?

on this system there not any cards.

i try to reset bios but nothing change.

Looking at the TPS from http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5000vsa/sb/CS-025290.htm, I see Appendix B has all the codes.

Is yours Red Red Off Off, or Red Red Off Off?

hi dan_o

the leds are red off off red, but two times on last many power on are off red red red.
my suspect is that motherboard is bad and unrecoverable ...sigh
