Yes you can use on S5500WB to enable ESRT2 RAID 5 capability on on-board SATA ports, or on AXX4SASMOD.

Check section 2.2 of the board TPS - there is a 3-pin connector [L] on the board. Just plug the key into the connector, and you have RAID 5 capability. The key looks like this:
