Note that the system needs to be preinstalled by the oem manufacturer for it to work, you cannot "upgrade the software" in any given laptop to have this technology available since it is a platform dependand technology.
The systems that support this technology states clearly that the system does support the technology and those even have stickers at the shell of the laptop that shows that the computer support this feature.
