My understanding of your problem is that you not able to launch your applications through the Intel AppUp(SM) center.
Everytime you try to launch them you are getting an error message: "application not authorized for use on this machine".
This error code occurs when the application is unable to communicate with the Intel(R) serviceManger.exe process. The Intel® service Manager is required to launch Intel AppUp(SM) center applications.

What we need to do is to re synchronize your account through Intel AppUp(SM) center.
Let's try some troubleshooting steps:
1. Sign into your account and click on 'My profile' icon on the top of your screen
2. Under the 'Personal Information' tab, where it reads 'First Name' just add a letter to it, and, immediately erase it; then, click on the Save button in order to synchronize your account
3. Finally try to download your applications again.
4. Sign in to the Intel AppUp(SM) center and launch your applications again
