I have a server that will not boot. The server has been in for the same problem to intel.
The problem is :
The server was working fine for 2 days. It just switched off. When you power it on the fans spin for about a second and switch off.
I have reseated the cpu's
Replaced the memory.
Replaced Power Supply
Replaced Raid Card.
Any ideas what the problem can be.

Remove all the add-in cards and memory, and populate one processor. Turn it on - do you get three beeps?
If not, try the other processor in the first slot.
If you do, try one DIMM at a time in slot A1.
