Windows 8 Consumer preview + Error page_fault_in_nonpaged_area (wimfsf.sys)

This is probably a Microsoft problem but it seems a lot of X79 motherboard users are getting this error when trying to install the Windows 8 Consumer preview:

Error page_fault_in_nonpaged_area (wimfsf.sys)

I realize of course that Intel doesn't support beta software so that is understandable but it would be nice if Intel could see if they can replicate the problem.

I appreciate your feedback on this matter. I will make sure your comment reaches the proper department for future consideration. Please bear in mind that your operating system release is a Beta version as testing and optimizations are ongoing and your system may have unintended effects. Intel will provide support until the production operating system is released.
