Bios Update and Version for DX48BT2

I am running an Intel DX48BT2 motherboard and I having issues with 8 gigs of RAM Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit will crash.  I want to check to see if my BIOS can be updated along with some BIOS memory settings.  I cannot find on the Intel site what the most up to date version of the BIOS is for my mother board.  I am running version 1554.  Below is the memory and mother board and chip.
