Hi,
I'm trying do buy some apps in the AppUp Center, but when it comes to enter my payment details and complete my registration, it keeps returning me this:
"Error: We were unable to process your transaction due to one of the following reasons: the credit card or expiration date you entered is invalid, the street address you entered does not match the address of your credit card, the zip code you entered does not match the zip code of your credit card or there are insufficient funds available on the credit card you entered."
I´ve tried with both Mastercard and Amex, and double checked address and other details, and I use them normally at PayPal, but none of them works here. The funds aren't a problem neither. What should I do ?!

The Intel AppUp(SM) center has been validated with Microsoft* Internet Explorer version 7 or later or Mozilla* Firefox version 3.0 or 3.5. Please try again to set up your payment information through Intel AppUp(SM) center using a supported web browser.
In addition, I would recommend to you to clear the cache and temporary internet files on your web browser. You can find more information from here:
If the issue persists, for privacy reasons please send the details of your credit card to us using our 'Contact Us' form that can be found on this link: http://www.intel.com/partner/support/appup/index.htm
To send us an email from Intel AppUp(SM) center, you can select the Help menu and then select Contact Support. From the AppUp community you can select the “Send An Email” link from the Actions menu in the upper left.

Hi,
I actually was using Firefox 3.6. Now I have another problem: even when I set my Internet Explorer 8 to default browser in Windows 7, the AppUp Center keeps opening a Firefox 3.6 window when it comes to enter my payment details.
And I cannot copy and paste the URL to IE8, it seems to have some session control that prevents this from working.

In the meantime, I would recommend you to uninstall Mozilla Firefox* 3.6 web browser of your operating system. Then launch Intel AppUp(SM) center and try again to add your credit card information through Internet Explorer 8.
