Can you tell us if you are getting any errors? What is happening when you are launching the AppUp(SM) Center?
Have you tried re-installing the AppUp(SM) Center? Please allow the re-installation to overwrite the existing installation.
Please also make sure your operating system is updated to the latest updates available from the Microsoft and that you have latest adobe air and java installed.
Let us know if the issue remains and I will investigate further. We may require some more information if the issue remains.
