What costs do you hope to minimize the most with vPro and Centrino Pro technology?

Most everyone knows that vPro and Centrino Pro based systems will offer a tremendous performance advantage over previous business computing platforms - but what support costs do you expect to reduce the most by enabling the technology within the platform?

One of the biggest savings is in the deskside visit support model, call centers can now remotely diagnose and repair systems. Before you'd have to send out deskside technicians to validate the PC concerns. Now a targeted deskside visit can be performed because the system can be 'triaged' prior to any hardware replacement occur.

Right now we're performing some incredible features and the technology is still young, but I'm really curious as to what the ecosystem will look like in 2-3 years time.
