This is a pretty broad question unfortunately. vPro is usually accompanied with an Manageability Software product (like Level Platform, Altiris, Microsoft System Center Configuration Management, HP OpenView, LANDesk, etc) that allows you to manage the vPro Client and take advantage of the out of band features. However, if you are looking to take a look at what vPro can do, the Intel® Manageability Developer Toolkit (http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/download-the-latest-version-of-manageability-developer-tool-kit) may be a good place to start.
