Biography:
Sanjiv Gupta has more than 20 years of engineering and technical marketing experience. In his first job (1988-1994), he served as a microwave design engineer with Texas Instrument's Defense Systems and Electronics Group. In 1994, he switched to the commericial PC electronics business, by joining Cirrus Logic, Inc. where he worked as a senior applications engineer on their integrated PC graphics -memory project. Then in 1997, he joined Rockwell Semiconductor's Brooktree Division as a senior technical marketing engineer supporting their PC video decoder/encoder business. In 1998, he joined Intel Corporation's Mobility Group where he has been serving as a senior applications engineer mainly in the areas of integrated graphics controllers, embedded WiFi and embedded WiMAX for Intel's world wide Notebook PC business. Sanjiv holds a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Colorado, Boulder (1988) and the University of Texas, Arlington (1995), respectively.
