need help with c2d e8400 voltage

hi i have a core 2 duo e8400 and i have it at 4.5ghz on a verry good air cooler and i cant get the voltage it has eo stepping so could you tell me what voltage i should use? any help would be great thanks.

I confirm the Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo Desktop Processor E8400 has a voltage range of 0.85V - 1.3625V; see the following URL:

The voltage range is automatically controlled by the system BIOS and should not be manually altered.
