I just registered an account to logon to the AppUp store, but I get the Oops, Something Wierd Happened window. I tried retrieving my password to see if maybe I didn't enter the right password, but even then I get the Oops, Something Wierd Happened window. Please help.

Were you able to successfully creating your account (when registering)?
Did you get any error during the registration process?
Which version of the client are you using? (Windows or Moblin)?
Have you tried re-installing the AppUp(SM) Center?
Please give us the above details and I will investgate what might have gone wrong.

I am having the same issue. Regester went successufly, but will not let me log in or retrieve password.

Please note that the registration might take some time to get approved on our database.
Please can you try again and let us know if the issue remains.
In case the issue remains, please can you re-install the AppUp and give us the same information I requested from the other user above and I will investigate.

Hi FWIW I also had the Oops message when I tried to change my password this way.
It did seem to change it, but it was very confusing when it happened as I was not sure if the change registered, and so next time I logged in, I attempted both my old and my new password to be sure.
I will try again to change the password just to see if this is a reoccurring issue.
I am on a Windows 7 Starter Netbook (brand new) running the latest version of AppUp Client.

Have this problem that is reported. Got the Welcome mail and tried to sign in but cannot do so. How long does the server needs to get my info updated ??

Thank you for your query.
Sometimes it may take a little while for you to be able to be able to login to the AppUp(SM) just after registering, but in general if you have received the welcome email you should be able to successfully log-in on the client.
Please can you try again after some time and let us know if you still are unable to log-in?
Also can you provide us with the following information so that we can investigate if there are any issues with your account?
Can you specify where are you currently located?
What is the username (or what is your first and last name you registered yourself for accessing the client)?
On what operating system are you using the AppUp(SM)?

hello! im from sweden, registerd my account for like 48h ago.
Got an email from intel that said registration went sucessful but i can log in.
Using win7, latest intel appup software, username: lagstrom.niklas@gmail.com
