Do you mean that in the BIOS you do not see any values but just the "NA"? or After rebooting and running IDU and looking at the system health screen of IDU you see the "NA"?
Sorry for not being clear. At boot in the BIOS "Hardware Monitoring" screen, I do not see any values -- just "NA" in all fields.

Thanks for your help on this. I checked out the link you provided. The Intel ME Setup Prompt was disabled; I enabled it. However, I am unable to enter ME using CTRL-P during boot. Nothing happens...the system continued to boot.
FYI, I have an identical system (except for the CPU) with the same BIOS. Hardware status works fine on it.

Since it is at the Bios, I think it is not a IDU problem since the program is not running yet.
it is ME issue, please download the latest BIOS and use recovery mode to upgrade your BIOS, then restart your system, you will see the hardware monitor function is back! 
Using BIOS recovery did the trick. Problem solved. Thanks!
